Remoulade Sauce
Move over, ketchup! Your fries may have just found a new best friend.
Although this sauce is traditionally used with meats, it's very tasty with veggies, too.

  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons capers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced sweet pickle
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, gently stir together all ingredients until well blended. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
