- 1 cup Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 cup blackberries or strawberries
- 1½ cups blueberries
- ½ cup grape juice
- Honey (optional)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium speed just until smooth. Serve immediately.
