Champion Breakfast Smoothie


Makes a great drinkable breakfast that stays with you until lunch!

 

  • 1 cup Vanilla or Strawberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • ¼ cup dairy milk or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Mix with a spoon or in a blender on low speed. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving.
