- 1 cup Fruit Flavored Mountain High Yoghurt
- ¾ cup dairy milk or soy milk
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on low speed until smooth. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
Makes 2 servings (10 ounces each).
