Island Mango Smoothie


Cheaper than a trip to the tropics…and just as refreshing.

 

  • 1 cup Lowfat Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.

  1. I tried the island mango smoothie it came out well. But unfortunately the mangoes I used were not ripe enough and I also substituted orange juice w/pineapple orange juice and the lemon yoghurt w/vanilla yoghurt. It was still great and as soon as I can find lemon yoghurt I'll redo the recipe.:P
  2. IF YOU FREEZE YOUR MANGO CHUNKS OR BUY FROZEN MANGO, YOU DON'T NEED ICE CUBES AND YOUR DRINK DOESN'T GET WATERED DOWN.;-)
