Papaya Pleasure
Papaya is good for digestion, so this recipe makes a good dessert choice as well as
a breakfast drink. Papaya is golden yellow when ripe and loaded with vitamins A and C.
  • 1 cup Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 2 ripe papayas, peeled, seeded,
    and chopped
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings (14 ounces each).
