Raspberry Smoothie


Pink and powerful!

 

  • 1 cup Plain or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings (10 ounces each).
