- 1 cup Plain or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup milk
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings (10 ounces each).
