Tropical Sunrise Smoothie

Great way to start your day.
  • 1 cup Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, with juices
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings (10 ounces each).
