Vanilla Chai Eggnog

In this fancy but super easy recipe, the richness of the eggnog is balanced by
the much-healthier yoghurt. Result? Festive holiday flavor you can enjoy without guilt.

  • 1 cup Vanilla Lowfat
    Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)

In a small glass or ceramic mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, eggnog, ground cloves, the ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, the ginger, nutmeg, and sugar, mixing well. Pour into punch cups. Garnish with whipped cream and additional cinnamon, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
