Kiwi & Green Tea Smoothie
 

Matcha is a powdered green tea that gives this smoothie a nice green hue. You can find it in tea shops or health food stores. Tip: For a thicker smoothie, freeze the peeled kiwi fruit overnight before using.

  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¼ teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse to desired consistency.

Makes 2 servings, about 1 cup each.
