Spinach Dip

A tastier version of a modern classic. You’ll love the delicious tang of yoghurt.


  • 1½ cups Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • 1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, gently combine yoghurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, and spinach. Add garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and lemon zest, and stir until well blended. Cover and chill for about 2 hours before serving.

Makes about 3 cups.
