Yoghurt Spread

Add some zip and zing to the same old sandwich spread. This tasty number will really
wake up ham and turkey. Enjoy it on crackers for a quick snack.


  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

Gently stir all ingredients until well blended. Cover and chill overnight. Use as a sandwich spread, or serve on crackers.

Makes 3 cups.
