Yoghurt Pops

A great recipe to try with the kids. They’ll love these pops for their flavor and fun factor.
You’ll love them as a healthy alternative to sugary store-bought treats.


  • 1½ cups Vanilla, Strawberry, or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 6-oz. can fruit juice concentrate
  • ½ cup blueberries

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed just until smooth. Pour into paper cups or ice pop molds. Insert a popsicle stick into each pop. Freeze several hours until set.

Makes 12 pops.
