Little Strawberry Tarts


A great recipe to teach your children to make, this is sure to please all ages.

  • 3 cups Strawberry Lowfat Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cherry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 5.1-oz. package instant
    vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 6 tart-size graham cracker pie crusts
  • Whipped topping (optional)
  • 6 whole strawberries

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine yoghurt, vanilla extract, and cherry-flavored gelatin, mixing well. Whisk in instant pudding. Stir in strawberries and pour mixture into mini pie crusts. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Garnish each tart with whipped topping, if desired, and a strawberry.

Makes 6 servings.
