Fruit Waffle Cake

Take the yawn out of breakfast!


Toast 3 frozen waffles and spread your favorite fruit preserves on each. Top each waffle with sliced strawberries or other fruit and your favorite Mountain High Yoghurt. Stack the three waffles, top with a dollop of yoghurt and more fruit, or a cherry and chopped nuts. Makes a great wakeup call for the birthday boy or girl, or anyone else you want to make feel special.

Makes 1 to 2 servings.
