1 6-oz. can water-packed chunk tuna
- ¼ cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
- Garlic powder, salt, pepper
- Sweet pickle relish (optional)

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, mix all ingredients, seasoning to taste with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pickle relish, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and chill for one hour before serving. Serve on crackers or in sandwiches. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to one day.
Makes 3 to 4 sandwiches.
