Tropical Dream
A piña colada without the rum. To make it even healthier, add a couple teaspoons of ground flax seed, which is high in omega-3 nutrients.
  • 2 cups Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup diced pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into individual glasses. Serve immediately.
