In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine master cheese mix, walnuts, and 1 tablespoon of the powdered sugar. Mix well.
In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder and the remaining powdered sugar.
Roll one teaspoon of cheese mixture into a ball. The mixture will be a little wet. Roll the ball in the cocoa mixture. Repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate immediately. Serve chilled.
Makes 8 balls.
Pecan Balls:
- ¼ cup Master Cheese Mix
- 2 tablespoons finely crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ¼ cup ground pecans

Coconut Balls:
- ¼ cup Master Cheese Mix
- ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted
In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine Master Cheese Mix, the untoasted coconut, sugar, and lemon zest. Mix well.
Roll one teaspoon of cheese mixture into a ball. The mixture will be a little wet. Roll the ball in the toasted coconut. Repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate immediately. Serve chilled.

Pistachio Balls:
- ¼ cup Master Cheese Mix
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachio nuts
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ¼ cup finely chopped pistachio nuts
In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine Master Cheese Mix, the 1/3 cup chopped pistachios, and sugar. Mix well.
Roll one teaspoon of cheese mixture into a ball. The mixture will be a little wet. Roll the ball in the ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios. Repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate immediately. Serve chilled.
Makes 8 balls.
