1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

Gently stir all ingredients until well blended. Cover and chill overnight. Use as a sandwich spread, or serve on crackers.
Makes 3 cups.
