Caramel Apple Dip

This recipe makes a great after-school snack and gets kids to eat their fruit without a fuss. Double it for a party and watch it disappear!

Ingredient List

  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup of English milk chocolate toffee bits (from an 8-oz package)
  • 3 tart medium apples, cored and sliced

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and brown sugar with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  2. Add yoghurt and mix just until blended. Stir in toffee bits. Divide dip between 6 individual bowls; serve with apple slices for dipping.
