Citrus Breeze Dessert

Ingredient List

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup Sauterne or Riesling or other sweet dessert wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • Orange peel, if desired

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine honey with grated lemon and orange peel, then whisk in the wine. Add the lemon and orange juices and beat until frothy. Fold in yoghurt.
  2. Spoon into four individual dessert glasses. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours so flavors can blend. Garnish with piece of orange peel.
