Creamy Raspberry Salsa

Ingredient List

  • 1 1/2 cups from 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Strawberry Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
  • 1 ripe pear, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 4-6 drops red pepper sauce

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve cold. Store any remaining salsa covered in refrigerator up to 4 days.
