Ingredient List

Sweet Cream

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, (from a 3-oz pkg), softened
  • 1/2 cup Mountain High® Yoghurt Cheese*
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Crostini

  • 24 slices (1-inch thick) baguette, toasted
  • 4 pears, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 pound prosciutto, cut paper-thin
  • 24 pecan halves, toasted

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, yoghurt cheese, and powdered sugar until well blended and smooth.
  2. To make the crostini, place a slice of prosciutto on each toast slice and top with a pear slice. Put a dollop of sweet cream on top of each pear. Garnish each crostini with a pecan half.
