
Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredient List
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 packages (8-oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup 1 tub Mountain High™ Original Vanilla Whole Milk Yoghurt
- 1 graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)
- Fresh fruit, if desired
Preparation
- Empty the gelatin into a small bowl, pour in the boiling water, and stir until gelatin dissolves thoroughly. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on low until smooth. Fold in yoghurt.
- Stir gelatin; fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread mixture into pie crust; cover, and chill for 2 to 3 hours or until set. Garnish with fruit.
