Ingredient List
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- Unsweetened baking cocoa or powdered sugar, if desired
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, the cup of cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugars with an electric mixer on medium speed. Mix in vanilla and coffee crystals. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing each one in well. Add the yoghurt and mix just until blended. Add the dry ingredients and mix just to combine.
- Pour into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely and dust with additional cocoa or powdered sugar.
