Ingredient List
- 1 1/4 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cut-up raw vegetables, if desired
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients except vegetables together. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with vegetables.
