Ingredient List

  • 1 1/4 cups Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Cut-up raw vegetables, if desired

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients except vegetables together. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with vegetables.
