Ingredient List
- 4 medium carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
- 2 cans (8-oz each) crushed pineapple in juice, drained (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed.
- Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors. Cover and refrigerate any leftover salad
