A very easy and stylish dessert.

Ingredient List

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen puff pastry shells
  • 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free strawberry yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 24 fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar, if desired

Preparation

  1. Bake pastry shells according to package directions. Cool.
  2. In a small bowl, combine yoghurt, sugar, and raspberry preserves. Place 3 raspberries in the bottom of each pastry shell. Spoon yoghurt mixture over raspberries. Place one raspberry on the top of each dessert. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
