
Refreshing Yoghurt-Mint Drink

A refreshing Persian drink made yoghurt and mint, known as Doogh. Try it on a hot day over ice.
Ingredient List
- 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
- 3 cups ice-cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ice cubes
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Preparation
- Place yoghurt in a large glass pitcher. Slowly whisk in the ice water. Stir in salt. Pour yoghurt drink into 4 glasses. Put 2 ice cubes into each glass and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
