Ingredient List

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers (from a 12-oz jar), drained
  • 1/2 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Place cream cheese and roasted peppers in a food processor or blender and mix on high until creamy. Add yoghurt and pulse until blended. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
