If using frozen strawberries, thaw slightly before dicing.

Ingredient List

  • 3 cups Mountain High® lowfat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cherry-flavored gelatin (from 4-serving size box)
  • 1 box (6-serving size) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen coarsely chopped strawberries
  • 1 graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)
  • Whipped cream topping (from aerosol can), if desired

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine yoghurt, vanilla, and cherry-flavored gelatin, mixing well. Whisk in instant pudding. Stir in strawberries and pour mixture into pie crust. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes or until set. Garnish with whipped topping.
