
Terrific Tuna Salad

A lighter version of an American classic. Season according to your taste. For sandwiches, try toasting the bread first.
Ingredient List
- 2 cans (5 oz each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1-2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, if desired
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill for one hour before serving.
- Serve on crackers or in sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to one day.
