Terrific Tuna Salad

A lighter version of an American classic. Season according to your taste. For sandwiches, try toasting the bread first.

Ingredient List

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, if desired
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and chill for one hour before serving.
  3. Serve on crackers or in sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to one day.
