Ingredient List

  • 1 cup cantaloupe or honeydew chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Mountain High® original, lowfat or fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Additional fruit, if desired

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except additional fruit in blender. Cover and blend on medium until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Garnish with additional fruit. Serve immediately.
