Berry Banana Smoothie

Improvise with the berries according to your whim, if you prefer a purple smoothie add blueberries.


  • 1 1/2 cups Mountain High original, low-fat or fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple-flavored syrup
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, strawberries or blueberries


  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
There is a Mason jar full of Berry Banana Smoothie with three blueberries on top. It is made with Mountain High Yogurt, banana, maple syrup, and your choice of berries. Around the jar, there are assortment of berries; strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
