Cool off in style with this delicious frozen mango lassi made with whole milk Mountain High™ yoghurt, honey and warming spices.

Ingredient List

  • 2 cups from 1 tub (2 lb) Mountain High™ Original Plain Whole Milk Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • Chopped pistachio nuts, if desired
  • Flaky salt, if desired

Preparation

  1. In blender, place yoghurt, water, honey, ginger and cinnamon. Place frozen mango on top. Cover; blend on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth, scraping down sides of blender as needed.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses; top with pistachio nuts and salt. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Experiment with using other spices in place of the ginger and cinnamon, such as cardamom, garam masala and cayenne.
  • For fast garnishing and snacking, look for preshelled pistachio nuts. Store them in the freezer if you won’t use them up quickly.
