Raita

Ingredients

  • CARROTS
  • 2 cups Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cucumber grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon red paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted ground cumin

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk yoghurt for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add spices to mixture and stir.
  3. Add grated cucumber and gently fold into the mixture.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
