Ingredients
- CARROTS
- 2 cups Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 cucumber grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/3 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon red paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted ground cumin
Instructions
- In a medium bowl whisk yoghurt for 1-2 minutes.
- Add spices to mixture and stir.
- Add grated cucumber and gently fold into the mixture.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
