Ingredient List
- 1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (15.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 teaspoons chopped jalapeño
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup Mountain High® original or lowfat plain yoghurt
- 8 small potato rolls
Preparation
- In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onions, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except yoghurt and rolls. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally , until vegetables are tender. Stir in yoghurt; heat through. Serve on potato rolls.
