Waldorf Salad

Recipe by Yvette Marquez-Sharpnack.


  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 apples, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup Mountain High lowfat yoghurt


  1. Combine celery, apples, raisins, and pecans in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in yoghurt.
  3. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Waldorf Salad In a decorative green bowl, there is Waldorf Salad. The salad consists of Mountain High Low-Fat Plain Yoghurt, celery stalks, apples, raisins, and chopped pecans. Alongside the bowl of salad, there is a tub of Mountain High Lowfat Plain Yoghurt.
