- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 apples, cored, and chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup Mountain High lowfat yoghurt
- Combine celery, apples, raisins, and pecans in a medium bowl.
- Stir in yoghurt.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
