Roasted Figs with Yoghurt and Honey


  • 8 oz. black mission figs
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey


  1. Sprinkle fig halves with sugar and toast on a non-stick skillet until caramelized.
  2. Add figs on top of one serving of Mountain High Yogurt. Drizzle honey on top and serve.
