Ingredients

3 cups Mountain High® original/vanilla or low-fat yoghurt

1/4 cup strawberry preserves

1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Mix 1 1/2 cups of yoghurt with 1/8 cup of strawberry preserves until yoghurt is tinted red
-
Layer 1 large spoonful of tinted yoghurt into the bottoms of 6 (4-oz) popsicle molds or paper cups

Layer one small spoonful of preserves and 2 additional blueberries to each popsicle mold

Layer one spoonful of plain yoghurt to each

Repeat steps 2-5 until molds are filled and/or ingredients are gone

Insert a popsicle stick into each, and place in the freezer

Freeze until solid, about two hours. Remove cones from cups before serving
